I was looking for a home for my daughter and son-in-law to move back to town after my husband passed away, but we had a limited budget. Michael Lynch from Rieder Team Realty took up the challenge and found us the perfect condo in a great location! I couldn't be happier. Mike handled all the details of the offer, inspection, and getting some minor upgrades done after we closed escrow. Dennis Rieder connected me with a great mortgage broker who made the loan application process very easy. Mike and Dennis were great to work with - I couldn't recommend them higher.
